No, there are absolutely no cost or obligations to be pre-approved by Crump Mortgage.
The simple answer is yes. There are several advantages to being pre-approved. First, you learn what your rate will be, total monthly payment, closing costs and funds needed to buy so there are no surprises when you are under a sales contract. Second, pre-approval makes your offer much stronger giving you the advantage in a multiple offer situation. It lets the seller know you are serious about buying.
We offer all loan programs including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA Rural Housing, THDA, and first-time buyer programs
We are able to make loans for investment properties that are zoned as ‘residential’, but not those zoned as ‘commercial’.
Unfortunately, we do not. Crump Mortgage offers loans for homes, refinancing of your current home, purchase of second or vacation home, and even investment properties.
All Crump Mortgage loans are fixed rate unless you specifically request otherwise and allow you to make extra payments and/or pay in full early with no penalties.
We offer loans with 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 years for repayment.

Every Loan Officer, Loan Officer Assistant and Loan Processor at Crump Mortgage is fully licensed by the Nationwide Multi-state Licensing System & Registry Service (NMLS). This certification process includes extensive testing and annual continuing education to ensure our team is up-to-date on the latest regulations and changing programs. Bank loan officers and staff are typically not fully licensed.
